Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at PCD in Santa Rosa, CA. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, field service, customer service, and general system maintenance of commercial audio-visual projects. The role involves ensuring that AV systems are operating at peak performance and providing training to end-users for efficient utilization.


Qualifications

This position requires these certifications with in-field experience:

Q-SYS - Level 1 and Level 2

Biamp - Tesira Forte and Vocia

Crestron Core Track

Extron AVA and Pro DSP Specialist


Certification and Experience with SMAART Live and Dante is a plus.

  • CTS certification is desired. 


This is an IBEW Union position with union benefits. If you are not a member, joining the Union will be required. 

Must have a clean driving record.
